Stain Removal Clinic Planned for Western PA

Noted industry consultant Jane Zellers, of JCZ Training and Consulting, and stain removal expert Bob Edwards, of A.L. Wilson Company, will present a six-hour basic and advanced stain removal clinic on Saturday, May 20th in Cranberry, PA.

The program is designed to instruct all plant employees. It will begin with basic knowledge for customer service representatives that will help them explain procedures to customers. It will move on to the spotting board for more detailed hands-on techniques for stain removal personnel.

Under the auspices of the Pennsylvania and Delaware Cleaners Association, the clinic will take place from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Metro Dry Cleaners, 20111 Rt. 19, Cranberry.

The per plant cost is $100 for members and $150 for non-members, who register before May 12th. After that, the cost goes up to $125 for members and $175 for non-members. Lunch will be provided, and there will be sample, gifts and certificates for all attendees.
